Vizzit.tv is gaining momentum

VIZZIT.TV SET TO BE AN IMPORTANT PART OF BUSINESSES’ VIDEO MARKETING STRATEGY AND HUB OF LOCAL COMMUNITY

Vizzit Group’s Search Engine-friendly video website offers free uploading of videos of local and business interest, categorised by county and supporting the group’s online magazines

The Vizzit Group, the New Forest-based new media company, is showcasing its highly successful vizzit.tv video website at the Franchise Show at Excel London, on 12th-13th February 2010.

Vizzit.tv allows anyone to upload and broadcast on-demand video free of charge.  The videos are stored on a dedicated, high-performance server, descriptively captioned, categorised by county, and tagged.  Each county sub-division links back to the appropriate Vizzit online magazine, to give the viewer more background on the area they are interested in.  Vizzit.tv also contains a blog, with information about individual videographers.

Vizzit.tv has been piloted in Dorset, and already holds an impressive population of commercial and non-commercial videos, which is proving a valuable resource for the local and visiting community.  The website allows advertisements to run before or after the guest video, the Vizzit Group designing and producing corporate videos and adverts for interested companies.

Google analytics has already proven that high-quality video makes the site extremely attractive to visitors, and allows advertisers to stand out, propelling the videos up the search engine rankings.

Richard Lock, Managing Director of the Vizzit Group, comments: “Video is transforming web content and changing the rules of Search Engine Optimisation.  Any business that wants to make their mark needs to consider their video strategy, and vizzit.tv is in place to help them achieve their aims.”
